on December 2, 2019, Prof. Hala J. El-Khozondar and Dr. Rifa J. El-Khozondar visited Basheer Alrais female high school. A demonstration at the school yard presented which show how solar panel absorb photons and convert them to electricity enough to operate a small fan. Prof. Hala J. El-Khozondar gave a presentation about solar cells. The lecture covered wide range of information including solar cells fabrication, how they work and their applications. Students are given a chance to ask questions. the teacher and the headmistress who attended the lecture where so happy for the information given to the students. After the lecture, students are given a chance to ask questions.
